Fiona Print
Manager
Houses Aplenty

Re: Property Manager position

Dear Ms Print,

I am writing to apply for the position of Property Manager at Houses Aplenty, as advertised recently on SEEK.com.au.

I am a highly organised and motivated professional with a Certificate IV in Property Services and over three years’ experience as an assistant property manager.

In my present role, I assist the property manager by conducting inspections and condition reports, preparing lease agreements, assisting with open houses, conducting online marketing, collating brochures, and managing requests for repairs and maintenance. I am experienced in liaising on matters of rental arrears, having assisted the property manager in the collection of bonds, deposits and rents, the sending of eviction notices to tenants, and assisting in communications with owners about such matters.

During my time at Sweetdeal, I have conducted over 200 condition reports and many more rental property inspections. Our current rental portfolio extends to over 170 properties.

After two years as an administrative assistant, and a further three years as assistant property manager, my communication and customer service skills are of the highest standard. Liaising with tenants and landlords, as well as organising repairs and maintenance personnel, are all things I do with ease and professionalism. I strive to keep both owner-landlords and tenants happy through regular communication, and I am proud of the strong relations I’ve built with all of my owner clients.

I am proficient across the MS Office Suite and have experience using GeeDee real estate software packages. I hold my Certificate of Registration and driver’s licence and have my own reliable transport.

I understand that a job in property management extends to Saturday duties, and I am prepared to undertake such work. I am a motivated individual and a strong team player with a professional look and demeanour. I am ready for the next step in my real estate career and believe I would be an asset to the Houses Aplenty team.

My resume is attached and I look forward to being able to discuss the position with you further.

Yours sincerely,
