With almost five years’ experience as a Business Operations Analyst at Paperteq Office Co., I have developed extensive skills in business and process analysis, combined with detailed knowledge of the retail sector. My strengths lie in identifying and analysing key issues based on thorough research, improving processes and developing business strategy in line with market developments and trends.
As Business Operations Analyst, I have been responsible for identifying key commercial and operational issues and developing effective solutions. Most notably, at Paperteq I planned and implemented a business strategy to expand our online presence, and vastly increased our brand visibility, website traffic and sales. Profits rose 20 per cent and traffic increased by 25 per cent within the first 6 months of implementation.
I also have excellent project management skills, built upon a strong understanding of project lifecycles. As a Project Manager at Foreshore Surf I was charged with the planning and execution of a new brand strategy that resulted in an 18 per cent boost in sales within 2 months of deployment.
My current position has made me an especially effective communicator. I am adept at dealing with a wide range of stakeholders, conveying business needs to technical teams and presenting my analysis and recommendations to senior management, I have experience liaising with and leading large teams and am equally comfortable working autonomously.
