You will learn how to document and monitor environmental changes and trends, identify any hazards that may threaten a land area's health, and implement strategies to effectively restore and revitalise an area's vegetative growth. You will also be trained to identify plant specimens, collect seeds and create a database to catalogue plant species in certain areas. The course will also show you how to properly transport and apply chemicals for weed control, and effectively maintain an area's floral ecosystem. Assessments for this course involve written assignments and online tests.
To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must:
Have completed a Certificate II in Conservation and Land Management, or have experience in the industry; AND
Have regular access to bushland they can manage and conserve.

Payment plans: Eligible students may be able to pay for this course through weekly, fortnightly and monthly repayments. This flexible payment plan does not require a deposit and involves no interest for the first 12 months. After this period, students will be charged 19.95% per annum on the amount that remains to be paid.
