About this unit

This Open Universities Australia unit looks at the key development processes in Western Australia, and elsewhere, and assesses these in relation to long-term development and sustainability of communities.

The online unit Development Processes comprehensively details how property development processes work, from the completion stages of a development site right through to selling these homes. Focusing on making comparisons to Western Australia with another international destinations, the unit will compare and contrast development processes around the world.

The unit will also teach you how to take responsibility for your own learning. On completion of the unit you will be able to communicate your ideas more effectively.

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, this means you don’t need to pay upfront.
