Career outcomes

Latin is known as the root to many European languages. Latin A can give a basic understanding of Latin, which in turn can help you master other languages. Being fluent in multiple languages is a sought-after skill when it comes to getting a job, and learning such a language could improve your employability.

Latin A could prove useful if you were considering a future as a language teacher or if you wish to study law or religion. The unit could also be useful if you were considering working in translations or even in historical or ancient studies.
