About this course

The Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws course offered by the University of New England (UNE) will give you the solid foundation you need to pursue a successful career in business or law.

Online and on-campus study options are available at one of Australia's largest and most innovative law schools. An Honours program is also open to eligible students in their final year.

Your Bachelor of Business will ground you in the core fields of accounting, economics, finance, organisational development, management and marketing to drive and improve organisational performance.

Your Bachelor of Laws will equip you with critical thinking skills and an understanding of the law and its principles of practice, setting you up for admission as a lawyer in Australia.

Both degrees focus on providing theoretical understanding, pragmatic application and a critical-thinking approach to Australian business management and Australian law, as well as how these sit in a wider global context.

If plans change, and you can no longer commit to the full double degree of Bachelor of Business/Bachelor of Laws, you could still be eligible to receive an undergraduate qualification.

Depending on the credit points you've completed, you could exit with the Diploma in Business or the Advanced Diploma in Legal Studies.
