Awarded by Griffith University, Business Ethics and Corporate governance focuses on key issues that are critical to international corporate decision-making. It introduces concepts that include corporate social responsibility (CSR) and helps lay the foundations for a moral decision making process.
Delivered online by Open Universities Australia, the unit enhances student’s awareness about ethical issues related to the global business system, as well as international management strategies, technology, external and internal stakeholders and also issues of corporate governance.
Students will learn about governance and ethics as it applies to internal and external stakeholders – including consumers, the environment, and employees. Furthermore they will gain a grounding in personal and organisational ethics.
