Change and Innovation is an online unit provided by Open Universities Australia in association with RMIT University. Its central aim is to show how change and innovation can be successfully embraced through efficient executive leadership.
This not only includes managing change at an organisational level, but also provides insight on how to encourage individuals to personally embrace innovation. The unit introduces the key concepts of change management, and includes practical examples of how they have been successfully implemented in business. Following this, you will build up your knowledge of change and innovation projects with a view to ultimately being able to lead one yourself.
Finally, this Change and Innovation unit also teaches students how to set tangible, achievable and innovative goals for any business.
Applicants must meet the criteria to be eligible to enter this program:
Must have completed or be currently enrolled in Business in a Global Context
Must be accepted onto MBA (Executive), RMIT University

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, this means you don’t need to pay upfront.
Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees on your behalf. You’ll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $54,869 (2016-17 income year).
