About this unit

This unit in Training and Development, provided by Griffith University in partnership with OUA, will teach you a systematic approach to business training and development.

You will learn both the theory behind business training and development and the practical skills needed to succeed as an employer or employee. This course will provide you with adult learning theories and instruct you in how to apply them to modern business. The various ways to organise your business and manage your employees will be analysed with nationally and industrially recognised training frameworks.

The techniques for career management and business organisation taught in this unit are highly applicable to the changing requirements of today’s business environment.
