The Certificate III in Events (SIT30612) course offered by Martin provides you with the education and training to launch your career as an events coordinator.

This events program will give you the knowledge and training to stage successful functions for a range of organisations. You'll learn all you need to know about staging support, event management software, maintaining financial records, WHS issues and customer support. On completion, you'll have what it takes to organise and deliver innovative events that run smoothly from start to finish.


To be eligible to enrol in this course, you must meet the following entry requirements:

  • Have successfully completed Year 10 in Australia or equivalent; OR
  • Demonstrate that you have the capacity to successfully complete this course by achieving an Exit Level 3 score within the Australian Core Skills Framework assessments in reading and mathematics. This will be demonstrated through two short tests as a part of the enrolment process.
