About this course

The accredited Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) (CHC52015) program offered through SEEK Learning will give you skills and training in a variety of areas important for effective case management. Studying this accredited course, you will learn about service coordination, communication, networking, risk management and occupational health and safety.

You will also learn how to address individual client needs and work within a legal and ethical framework to promote high quality case management.

Practical workshops

As a part of this course, you will be required to attend three days of compulsory case management workshops held at the ACAP campuses in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney or Adelaide.

Eligibility

Applicants must satisfy the following requirements:

  • Have completed year 12, or equivalent

OR

  • Certificate IV qualification in a non-trade area

OR

  • Successful completion of the Core Skills Profile for Adults (CSPA) at exit Level 3 of the Australian Core Skills Framework (ACSF)
