The accredited Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) (CHC52015) program offered through SEEK Learning will give you skills and training in a variety of areas important for effective case management. Studying this accredited course, you will learn about service coordination, communication, networking, risk management and occupational health and safety.
You will also learn how to address individual client needs and work within a legal and ethical framework to promote high quality case management.
As a part of this course, you will be required to attend three days of compulsory case management workshops held at the ACAP campuses in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

This course involves 210 hours of mandatory professional placement in a community services agency.

Have completed year 12, or equivalent
Be eligible for mature age entry
Satisfactorily complete the VET Entry Assessment

Upon completion of this course, you will have the education and training to pursue a career in a case management role in the community services sector.
