The accredited Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) program offered through SEEK Learning will give you skills and training in a variety of areas important for effective case management. Studying this accredited course, you will learn about service coordination, communication, networking, risk management and occupational health and safety.
You will also learn how to address individual client needs and work within a legal and ethical framework to promote high quality case management.
As a part of this course, you will be required to attend three days of compulsory case management workshops held at the ACAP campuses in Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney.

Upon completion of this course, you will have the education and training to pursue a career in a case management role in the community services sector. You will be eligible to work in a range of different community services, including family support services, sexual health and family planning services, women’s health centres, outreach services, drug rehabilitation services, refugee support services and youth centres.
