Delivered online by Open Universities Australia, this unit teaches students to investigate core design principles, quality control and design management within an industry setting.
Design Management and Quality Systems, provided through RMIT University, offers a platform for learning how to solve problems and achieve successful outcomes in design, as well as how to analyse and respond to common design industry issues, develop leadership skills, and identify skills and roles within the industry.
The unit also includes sections about design delivery, project co-ordination, how to plan quality processes and how to implement sustainable design practices in your business or as an individual, as well as the social, technological, historical and economic issues of the design industry.
