In this unit, Legal Aspects of Company Finance, provided by Open Universities Australia and RMIT University, you will look closely at specific legal issues relating to company finance in Australia. This will involve examining relevant legislation and recent significant cases.
Furthermore, certain aspects of corporate financial law will be examined in great detail, to give you a full and comprehensive understanding of issues such as debt financing, disclosure and investor protection and corporate governance.
