Sports Nutrition for Coaches provides an overview of the nutritional needs of athletes before, during and after exercise, and how they can best be met through diet and supplements.
This online unit will familiarise you with practical strategies and knowledge of the role that each element of diet and hydration plays in athletic performance. The unit also covers strategies for muscle building, weight gain/loss and fat burning.
