This unit offers an instructive look at the challenges faced by contemporary organisations, and the role of human resources management in modelling and applying their expertise to provide solutions to practical business problems.

Focusing on the role of sustainability and other environmental problems as an impetus for organisational change, Applied Human Resource Management and Change uses behavioural science knowledge to achieve greater organisational effectiveness and improve the organisation as a whole.

Delivered online by Open Universities Australia and Griffith University, this unit is designed to develop your practical skills and knowledge of organisational change principles.

You are recommended to have completed the following units, or have equivalent knowledge, before starting this unit:
