About this unit

Dynamics of Workplace Relations is an online unit provided by Griffith University and Open Universities Australia that explores the workplace relationships between management and employees, and considers the challenges, tensions and opportunities such interactions can create.

By evaluating the contemporary context of workplaces, you will learn how a range of factors such as time pressures, skill level and emotions can have an impact on the employee-employer relationship. You will also analyse the temporal aspects of modern work and how this is managed.
