About this course

The Graduate Certificate in Human Resources Management, from the University of New England (UNE), is a strategic online course that meets the demands of human resources professionals. The course offers a solid foundation in HRM (human resources management) theory and practice.

Core units cover workplace planning and HR development as well as the increasingly important areas of business ethics, CSR and sustainability. Students then choose a specialist unit, such as project management or organisational behaviour, to cement their learnings.
