The Master of Strategic Organisational Development and Human Resource Management, from the University of New England (UNE), is for professionals who are already working in or aim to work in organisational development and/or human resource management.
The course brings together the human resource and organisational development areas by giving students the knowledge, problem-solving skills, analytical techniques and practical experience required to be effective in a complex and changing business environment.

Depending on the credit points you've completed, you could exit with the Graduate Certificate in Human Resource Management or the Graduate Certificate in Management.
