In this online Internet Delivery Design unit from Open Universities Australia and Curtin University, you will be demonstrating your skills, research ability and interdisciplinary awareness in various fields of digital design. You will be expected to create an online portfolio in the form of a responsive website to present your work, and as such this unit helps you to develop the skills needed to do so.
The main skills you will develop in this unit will be related to building a website that functions across various devices, using the technology and techniques associated with responsive design. As well as being fully functional and responsive, your website will also need to be compelling and unique.
The work you will be showcasing on this portfolio website should include evidence of design for various fields, whether these be education, entertainment, commerce or more, and you will also critique and reflect on your own and other's designs. Following on from any constructive criticism you receive, you are expected to address any issues and resolve these in order to deliver your final project.
