The online Australian Tax Law unit available through OUA and RMIT University provides students with the knowledge and skills necessary to pursue further taxation studies in the Juris Doctor.
Students who complete the unit will further develop their legal skills in reading, understanding and applying complex and dynamic legislation, case materials and taxation rulings.
You will develop the skills to analyse legal problems and build upon the skills previously developed in the OJD110 Introduction to the Australian Legal System and Legal Methods unit.
Critical to your career development you will be able to appreciate how changes in taxation law may affect business practice and the provision of your advice.
