During the Legal Research Project unit, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable legal practice experience and understanding by shadowing magistrates working in the courtrooms and behind the scenes at the Victorian Magistrates’ Court, learning about case management, mediation and case preparation.
Your project may be supervised by the Centre for Innovative Justice, as the centre strongly advocates access to justice, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), problem-solving courts, and innovation in the justice system.
