About this unit

In this Open Universities Australia and RMIT University unit, you will be required to conduct a piece of legal research in a chosen area of law with the aim of producing a project that addresses options for reforming the law.

Your project may be supervised by the Centre for Innovative Justice, as the centre strongly advocates access to justice, alternative dispute resolution (ADR), problem-solving courts, and innovation in the justice system.
