About this unit

In this Property Law for Business online unit provided by Open Universities Australia and Curtin University, you will attain an introduction to the various property laws in Australia. You will learn about various land rights including the law of fixtures, leases, co-ownership and easements.

The law of property can be complex, however this unit will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the law in this area and also how this can be applied in a business context. At the end of this unit, you will be able to apply this practical legal knowledge in a business context.
