About this unit

This online Transnational Law unit from Open Universities Australia and RMIT University analyses differences between international public, private and transnational legal frameworks, obligations and their effects.

Objectives of this unit include knowledge of the growing relevance of transnational law in international and domestic legal systems.

At the?completion of this unit, you will have skills in legal methodology and the underlying principles of transnational legal frameworks. You will also be able to identify relevant transnational legal sources and materials, as well as extract essential points from those sources and materials.

To be eligible for this unit, you must have completed the following unit, or currently be enrolled in; or enrol in the following unit to study at the same time:
