About this unit

Archives Concepts and Practice introduces and examines the principles underpinning the operation of archives and their management. These principles are being constantly refined, particularly in Australia where they are relatively new.

In this online unit, students will focus on the role of archive management and how this affects Australia within an international context. Topics such as information policy, professional ethics, conservation, technology and communication will be covered.
