About this unit

In Procurement Management and Global Sourcing, provided online by RMIT University, you will be introduced to the concepts of organisational procurement, global sourcing and how these two areas affect other areas of an organisation.

You will have an opportunity to look in-depth at the processes of organisational procurement, global sourcing operations, supplier selection and management, in the context of a flexible global supply chain.
