Offered by University of South Australia through Open Universities Australia, Supply Chain Management is an online unit that gives you an in-depth overview of the major issues of supply chain structure.

You will also learn strategies for advanced planning, analysis, design and development of supply chain systems, including the analysis of elements and roles of supply chain management, the strategic fit of the supply chain and competitive advantage and supply chain performance.

As well as exploring the theory of supply chain management, you will learn to recommend procedures to supply chain management processes to improve the competitiveness of an organisation.
