Economic, Social & Environmental Analysis is an online unit provided by University of South Australia and Open Universities Australia. It explores the different ways economic, environmental and social factors can implicate the success of a project as it is being carried out.
Over the course of the unit you will learn to demonstrate an advanced awareness of different economic, social and environmental contexts that influence and challenge projects, and will develop skills in analysing trends and forecasting, particularly with regards to sustainability.
Finally, you will familiarise yourself with corporate finance and decision-making principles, and consider how these impact project selection and management. You will also develop an understanding of financial and trend analysis, which will help you to prepare the relevant documentation for your project.
