Leading and Managing People in Chaos and Complexity is an online unit provided by Swinburne University and Open Universities Australia, that is designed to enable you to conceptualise the challenges of chaos and complexity in organisational culture.
In particular, you will be taught how to develop a culture of flexibility and adaptability that supports sustainable business practices. You will explore problem solving methodologies and consider how to apply them to chaotic environments, while also learning about embedding organisational and individual resilience.
Finally, you will critically analyse leadership and managerial competencies in relation to organisational sustainability agendas. You will also be encouraged to consider how social capital and teamwork are key elements of sustainable business practices in the face of complex global agendas.
