Organisations and Management examines principles of organisational behaviour, and introduces approaches and methods of management applicable to organisations.
Delivered online by Charles Sturt University, this unit encompasses the work of key thinkers and researchers in the management field, providing insights into the many strategies available when problem solving in an organisational situation, and dispelling the notion that there is any single ‘right way’ to respond.
You will apply theoretical concepts and models to solve problems and issues in the global business environment, in areas including, leadership, planning, organising, communication, teamwork, ethics, decision making, motivation and corporate social responsibility.
