Learn about the challenges and issues associated with Managing Complexity in Defence Projects during this online unit from Open Universities Australia and the University of South Australia. By undertaking this unit, you will become aware of the importance of understanding complexity thinking, and explore the concepts involved in managing risk when planning and implementing complex defence projects.
