Focused on improving skills specifically required by managers, this unit addresses issues surrounding the delegation of work, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, managing cross-cultural teams, providing feedback and direct reports.
The unit also examines a number of performance management systems and processes, including performance appraisal systems, motivational methods, reward systems, 360-degree feedback and industrial relations.
Providing a comprehensive overview of effective interpersonal and organisational management strategies, this unit is delivered online by Open Universities Australia and RMIT University.

As part of a Master of Business Administration, this unit offers key management skills in delegating work, discipline, conflict resolution and feedback.
