About this unit

By exploring the relationship between individual and organisational performance, this online People and Organisations unit equips you with tools for addressing a range of management issues.

Focused on improving skills specifically required by managers, this unit addresses issues surrounding the delegation of work, disciplinary matters, conflict resolution, managing cross-cultural teams, providing feedback and direct reports.

The unit also examines a number of performance management systems and processes, including performance appraisal systems, motivational methods, reward systems, 360-degree feedback and industrial relations.

Providing a comprehensive overview of effective interpersonal and organisational management strategies, this unit is delivered online by Open Universities Australia and RMIT University.

In order to enrol in this unit, you must be accepted into the following course:

You must also either have successfully completed, be currently be enrolled in, or intend to concurrently enrol in the following unit:
