About this unit

Develop an understanding of the recent developments in the field of Portfolio and Program Management during this online unit from Open Universities Australia and the University of South Australia. You will discuss the application of established theories to the field, with emphasis on their use in analysing and synthesising complex information, concepts and problems.

You will focus on professional practice throughout the unit, and will consider it with regard to each topic discussed. This will help you to develop an advanced knowledge of both professional and academic literature in the field of Portfolio and Program Management, and foster a critical and analytical approach to topics within the field.

You will gain an awareness of program strategy alignment, and become familiar with benefits management and stakeholder engagement activities.
