An online postgraduate unit provided by the University of South Australia and Open Universities Australia, Project Management for Energy and Resource Industries explores a complex body of knowledge related to the energy and resource industries, and the application of various project management practices. You will engage with a variety of energy and resource projects, studying aspects such as project life cycles, variability, market conditions and development.
On completion of this unit you will demonstrate an integrated understanding of how project management techniques can be applied to the energy and resource industry, and reflect critically on relevant aspects of theory and professional practice. You will be able to analyse and synthesise complex issues and concepts and generate methodologies and conclusions tailored to a variety of audiences.

Project Management for Energy and Resource Industries is a core requirement for the Master of Project Management, also provided by the University of South Australia.
