Retail Marketing investigates the theory and practice behind marketing in the retail industry. You will learn how the retail sector is changing to meet the modern demands of the social, political and economic environment.
Provided by Griffith University and delivered online by Open Universities Australia, the unit will teach you how to use marketing theory to attract customers to a variety of retail outlets, products and services. You will become proficient in marketing particular outlets and building customer loyalty.
Upon completion of this course you will be confident in using retail marketing theory to develop visual merchandising, store design and price promotions.
