As well as gaining core hospitality industry knowledge, the hospitality management stream is designed for those seeking a management role, and will enable you to take on important administrative tasks and monitor your workplace and staff performance. The front of house stream focuses on providing you with heightened expertise in customer relations and providing high-quality service; while the back of house stream hones in on efficient food preparation, managing a team and making key decisions in a kitchen environment.
