About this course

Ideal for anyone working in work health and safety looking to progress into safety or auditing, this Diploma of Work Health and Safety & Diploma of Quality (BSB51315 & BSB51615) course will give you a well-rounded education applicable to a variety of industries.

Delivered online by the Line Management Institute of Training (LMIT), this dual diploma course will give you the skills to be able to coordinate, manage and maintain the WH&S program in any business. You will complement this knowledge with an understanding of how to initiate, organise, prepare, lead and review audits.

This combined diploma program has a reduced workload from 17 units to 13 units, and covers subjects such as effective WH&S consultation, managing workplace hazards and risks, investigating WH&S incidents, implementing emergency procedures, and leading and reporting a quality audit.


To be eligible for entry into this course, applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Have completed the Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety (BSB41415)

Recognition of prior learning (RPL) may be available for skills and knowledge obtained through previous study or other relevant experience.
