About this unit

The Australian Catholic University’s OHSE Risk Management unit, offered online by Open Universities Australia, will teach you how to deal with the myriad risks that can negatively impact organisations.

You will learn about various dangers, including those stemming from noise and hazardous chemicals, as well as physical and psychological risks. You will also be exposed to a model for OHSE management.

Once you have identified these various risks, you will see how detrimental they can be to relationships in the workplace among people, work systems and the environment.

Eligibility

In order to enrol in this unit, you must be accepted into one of the following courses at the Australian Catholic University:

  • Graduate Certificate in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management
  • Graduate Diploma in Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management
  • Master of Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental Management

You should also ensure that you have not already completed a previous or academically equivalent version of this unit.
