    About this course

The WorkChoices and post-WorkChoices legislation has created demand for skilled professionals in this ever-changing area of the law. This program covers employment law and other complementary areas.

Often, employment conditions overlap with a range of other legislative requirements such as discrimination, occupational health and workers’ compensation laws. WorkChoices and post-WorkChoices legislation now makes a working knowledge of these areas crucial – and so these complementary areas are covered in the program.
