Definition of Human Resources Manager

Human Resources Managers are responsible for many aspects pertaining to the staffing of a business including recruitment and conditions of employment, maintaining equality and diversity, resolving issues and disputes, pay and working practices.



A Human Resources Manager is in charge of the development and implementation of policies and strategies relating to the effective recruiting and management of staff in a company or organisation.



Guaranteeing that a company employs the right balance of staff, in terms of experience and skill sets, is a key responsibility of the Human Resources Manager as well as ensuring that training and advancement opportunities are readily available to employees in order to enhance their performance and promote efficiency.

What are the responsibilities of a Human Resources Manager ?
