Human Resources Managers are responsible for many aspects pertaining to the staffing of a business including recruitment and conditions of employment, maintaining equality and diversity, resolving issues and disputes, pay and working practices.



A Human Resources Manager is in charge of the development and implementation of policies and strategies relating to the effective recruiting and management of staff in a company or organisation.
