About this course

The Graduate Certificate in Health Service Management course, offered by Charles Sturt University, is the perfect stepping stone for health professionals looking to make the leap into management.

Eligibility

There are two different entry pathways to this course:

Entry type 1

  • Be a health professional currently employed in the industry with substantial experience; OR
  • Be a business-related professional with health industry experience that does not hold an undergraduate degree

Entry type 2

  • Hold an undergraduate degree with at least two years of experience in a health-related field or a business-related industry connected with healthcare

All applicants must provide a comprehensive CV, letters of reference and application documentation to formally authenticate their experience.

CSU provides access to a range of scholarships and loans to help its students with the costs associated with university study.

You may be eligible to receive FEE-HELP for this course!

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, this means you don’t need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees on your behalf. You’ll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $55,874 (2017-18 income year).
