Eligibility

To be eligible to study this course, applicants must have an Australian bachelor's degree or equivalent in any discipline.

Students without a bachelor's degree but with a minimum of five years' full-time work experience may also be considered for this course. 

This graduate certificate is comprised of four courses:
 
Core:

  • Customer solution and value analytics
  • Customer relationships and influencing stakeholders

Elective — choose from either:

  • Digital leadership and customer experience strategy and design
  • Digital leadership and digital delivery with Agile

How Much Will It Cost?

The fee for each course is $3,420 per course.

The total cost for this program is $13,360 (all four courses), plus a capped Student Services and Amenities Fee based on your credit point enrolment load.

RMIT Online offers flexible payment options to help meet your needs. FEE-HELP and other support may be available. Please contact RMIT Online for more information about payment options.

FEE-HELPYou may be eligible to receive FEE-HELP for this course!

This course can be paid for through the FEE-HELP government loan scheme. If you are an Australian citizen or hold a permanent humanitarian visa, you may not need to pay upfront.

Instead, the Australian government will pay your course fees directly to the provider on your behalf. You'll begin repaying your loan through the tax system once you start earning more than the minimum threshold of $46,620 (2020-21 income year).
