Course Rundown
The CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) is a nationally recognised qualification that provides the theoretical and practical skills that can lead to employment as a Case Manager in the community services sector.
Throughout the course, you will be introduced to a wide range of theories and frameworks in
community services, as well as practical experience within the field.
By studying the CHC52015 Diploma of Community Services (Case Management) you will gain skills that specialise in managing complex and challenging caseloads. During this course, your learnings will include:
- how to develop and implement individual support programs,
- manage and coordinate service programs,
- work collaboratively with a diverse range of people and organisations,
- recognise and respond to crisis situations,
- develop and manage cases in a child protection framework
Work Placement
This qualification also requires students to complete 100 hours of work placement in an appropriate organisation to apply the skills and knowledge gained in this course.
