Eligibility

TrainSmart Australia will assess a student’s ‘academic suitability’ to ensure the student has the best chance of success. This is determined by either:

  • The student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of an Australian year 12 certificate; or,
  • The student providing TrainSmart Australia with a copy of a completed Certificate qualification that can be verified; or,
  • For entry into a Certificate III – A Certificate II or higher;
  • The student completing the Core Skills Profile for Adults online assessment passing at or above Exit Level 3 in the Australian Core Skills Framework in both reading and numeracy.

To gain the Jobs and Skills WA subsidy you must reside in WA and meet the eligibility criteria below:

  • You are an Australian Citizen
  • You hold a subclass 309, 444, 785, 820, or 862 visa

To gain the subsidy you will be required to attend face-to-face classes at the Perth CBD campus. If you’re located in WA but live outside of the Perth Metro area you may be eligible to study this course fully online through the Government subsidy.

Module 2: Early Childhood Education Essentials Part 2

  • CHCECE034 - Use an approved learning framework to guide practice
  • CHCECE035 - Support the holistic learning and development of children
  • CHCECE036 - Provide experiences to support children’s play and learning
  • CHCECE037 - Support children to connect with the natural environment
  • CHCECE038 - Observe children to inform practice
  • CHCECE054 - Encourage understanding of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander peoples’ cultures

Module 3: Early Childhood Education Essentials Part 3
