The SIS40215/10967NAT Complete Personal Trainer Program and Diploma of Nutrition qualification package from the Australian Institute of Personal Trainers consists of three parts that are completed in order.
First component is entry requirement units for the SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness, where you may study the following units:

On completion of SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness plus entry requirements, you will be able to start studying for the 10967 NAT Diploma of Nutrition qualification which may include following units:

- HLTINF003 - Implement and monitor infection prevention and control policies and procedures
- HLTAID011* - Provide First Aid

- CHCPRP005 - Engage with health professionals and the health system

- NAT10967003 - Provide tailored nutritional advice for exercise and sport
- NAT10967004 - Support the nutritional requirements of specific populations
- NAT10967002 - Provide specialised nutrition advice for weight management
*Prior to commencing your Certificate IV in Fitness component, you will need to have obtained a current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
Completing the 10967 NAT Diploma of Nutrition qualification requires a mandatory 30 practical work placement sessions. In order to complete your Work Placement, you may be required to hold a current “Working with Children Check Clearance” issued by the relevant Responsible Authority in the State or Territory in which you will undertake this course.
The SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness plus entry requirements qualification contains a practical element where length will vary depending on the delivery mode.

Diploma of Nutrition
The Diploma of Nutrition will be delivered online with up to 12 months to complete after the successful completion of the SIS40215 Certificate IV in Fitness + entry requirements qualification.
