About this course

The Diploma in Hospitality Management from AA Poly prepares students to take on management positions in the hospitality industry. You'll develop a strong knowledge base and a variety of practical skills to help you lead teams, manage operations and provide service in this fast-paced industry.

As a Hospitality Management student, you'll learn how best to manage and coordinate staff members within the service environment. Everything you need to know is covered, from leadership, operations management and human resources to finance, safety and customer service.

Upon successful completion of this course you will receive a Diploma in Hospitality Management from AA Poly.

This nationally recognised qualification qualifies and prepares graduates to pursue management or supervisor positions in the industry, such as duty manager, bar supervisor, team leader, shift manager or concierge. Graduates are also able to apply for the Advanced Diploma of Hospitality or pursue higher education qualifications with Federation University, such as the Bachelor of Hospitality and Tourism Management.
