The Graduate Diploma of Property, from Deakin University, is the ideal course for those seeking careers in property development, property management and valuation.
Throughout the course, you’ll develop and refine a broad set of skills related to the property industry. You’ll learn about the various stakeholders in the property and real estate market, and how they collaborate to develop and manage property; you’ll also study key areas such as statutory valuation, property investment, property law and practice, property development, and advanced property valuation. The course also focuses on sustainability and its economic, social and environmental relevance in a property development context.
The course is delivered entirely online and consists of eight core units of study. It is recognised and professionally accredited by the Australian Property Institute.
To be eligible to study this course, applicants must meet the following entry requirements:
- All applicants must meet the minimum English language requirements; AND
- Entry will be based on performance in:
