About this course

This online Certificate IV in Property Services (Real Estate) (QLD) course is the perfect pathway for individuals looking to make a start in Queensland's real estate industry. Offered online by North Coast TAFE in partnership with Open Colleges, the course provides you with the skills and training to work as a registered and licensed real estate sales agent; and even covers the business side of running your own real estate agency.

The course will teach you how to sell (by private treaty and auction) and lease properties by appraising, listing and marketing a range of different property types.
