Career FAQs appreciate you making comments on our career news and feature articles.

Career FAQs Pty Ltd (ABN 39 299 617 067) invite our web visitors to provide Career FAQs with content for use on the Career FAQs website and in print publications. You may have comments, images and photographs or video files that you want to send about career news and features and other webpages (referred to in this document as ‘your content’). We can only accept your content if you comply with the terms and conditions as shown below.

Terms and conditions for the supply and use of your content

  1. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions for any content you send to Career FAQs.
  2. Careers FAQs will make the decision, at its discretion, whether to publish or remove from the Career FAQs website any of your content.
  3. You acknowledge that Careers FAQs may use all intellectual property rights in your content throughout the world, in perpetuity, without restriction and without making payment to you, including publication of that material in printed publications or in electronic media, using your content in advertising and promotional material for Careers FAQs and may permit others to do any of the above, including when Careers FAQs and others receive payment for this.
  4. You waive all moral rights in your content and consent to anything which Careers FAQs (or any person permitted to do so by Careers FAQs) may do in relation to your content which would otherwise be in breach of your moral rights. This includes that Careers FAQs may use your content without attributing you as the source of your content.
  5. You agree that Careers FAQs may edit your content and use the edited version for its own use.
  6. You certify that you own your content and all rights in relation to your content and, at the time you send it to Careers FAQs, it has no virus or other code or material embedded in it which may have a negative impact on Careers FAQs’ website infrastructure and that the provision of your content to Careers FAQs and its use by Careers FAQs, does not breach any law or the rights of any person.
  7. Careers FAQs will be under no liability to you in respect of any loss or damage, including resulting loss or damage, which may be incurred in respect of your supply of your content to Careers FAQs.
  8. By sending your content to Careers FAQs for publication, you indemnify Careers FAQs and its officers, employees and agents against any damage or loss made against any of those indemnified arising as a result of the publication by Careers FAQs or a person permitted by Careers FAQs of your content or a breach by you of these terms and conditions.
  9. When you provide Career FAQs with your content, you agree that Careers FAQs will collect certain personal information about you and that Career FAQs may contact you for other reasons relating to your use of our website or the content you have submitted.
  10. These terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Career FAQs.
  11. These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the state of New South Wales. The parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts exercising jurisdiction there.
  12. These terms and conditions do not have any impact on the terms and conditions of use that apply to any other aspects of the Careers FAQs website or other services.
