Further to our telephone discussion about the position, I am now sending my resume for your consideration. With extensive management experience and consistent success in high-level sales and marketing management, I am confident I will be able to make a significant contribution as a member of your executive team.

I have a strong history of revenue building and have global marketing experience developing and growing distribution channels. For example, in my current role I have overseen the increase of consumer retail channel sales by 56 per cent.

I have developed strong and effective working relationships with management, colleagues and sales staff and would describe myself as a ‘self starter’.

From the information on your company website, I feel that I am a natural fit with your corporate culture particularly in relation to the ethical position your company has in relation to workplace relations and governance.

The International Sales Director position would be a new, exciting challenge for me that I am confident will result in increased profits for the company. I have worked in the United States and Asia and am now keen to return to Australia and Brisbane in particular. I am also able to travel as the position demands.
