Shipping Policy

All customer web purchases will be posted within 2 working days of receipt of order or you will be contacted via email with a revised delivery time. The only possible exception to this will be over the Christmas – New Year period in which Career FAQs’ offices will be closed for the holiday period.

Orders to be delivered within Australia, once packed, should be received within 5-7 days.

If you order multiple items and they are not all in stock, we will advise you of their anticipated arrival times, and seek your delivery instructions.

Refund Policy

Career FAQs does not accept refunds or replace books purchased from our web site unless the books are faulty or damaged prior to delivery  and only if the damaged book(s) is accompanied by our official receipt/tax invoice.

When returning faulty or damaged goods, Career FAQs will cover reasonable freight costs.

SSL Security and Data Encryption

Credit Card Information

Your credit card details are not captured or stored on our system. Once they have†been encrypted they go straight to the bank. And when you receive your order confirmation for your record, we only list the last 6 digits of your credit card number.

Currency

All prices quoted on the Career FAQS website are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD). This is the only currency used on this website.
